    Letting Go

    The ability to let go complements mindfulness. This is a process of learning to identify which stresses you can control, or change or learn to let go.  Mindfulness allows us to be aware of our negative thoughts, beliefs and feelings.  Since we spend almost every waking hour seeking, acquiring, grasping and clinging on

    to things, we have the tendency to resist letting go.  However, with awareness and insights we can learn to focus only on what we can do and not on trying to control other people, situations and events.  This concept is an important key to mindful living.

    Join me for the final hybrid session of 2024 and let’s practice together letting go.
