    Harness the power of your breath – IN-PERSON Session 

    For breath is life, and if you breathe well you will live long on earth” – Sanskrit Proverb

    We inhale and exhale approximately 20,000 times a day. Using up to 10 muscles to inhale and 8 muscles to exhale our breath has a powerful impact on our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

    Learning controlled and purposeful breathing techniques can help us deal with emotionally charged situations, renew our energy and provide us with the opportunity to respond rather than react. Giving our mind just one thing to keep track of, namely our breath, to replace the whole range of things that it usually finds to preoccupy and distract it, enhances our powers of concentration and steadies our focus.

    Join me for this in-person meditation session as we practice maximising our breathing potential.
