Choose your attitude

Your attitude is everything! Attitude has an incredible impact on our lives. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will assume. You are in control of your attitude. Your attitude has a powerful effect on your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. The only difference between a good day and a bad day is your attitude. We cannot change our past, or we cannot change or control the way people think or behave but we can change our attitude.
As you get out of bed each morning do you choose your attitude? Do you decide what attitude you’re going to adopt for that day? Choosing a positive attitude for your day allows you to better deal with challenging situations or people.
This hybrid session explores how cultivating awareness of our attitude helps generate and maintain momentum, especially in challenging times.
