    Powerful Body Scan Meditation – Online Session 

    Body scan meditation is a form of mindfulness and is a relaxation technique. The purpose of this meditation is to tune in to your body—to reconnect to your physical self without judgement. It helps to release tension, quietens the mind, and allows body/mind awareness.

    Training attention in a body scan is a bit like doing resistance work in the gym—it takes some effort, but it cultivates strength and flexibility.  In this meditation we learn to let go all ideas of “success”, “failure”, “doing it really well”, and “purifying the body”.

    Join me for this online meditation session as we simply take time to follow the instructions and scan our bodies without judgement.
