    The Art of Appreciation

    “Learn to appreciate what you have before time makes you appreciate what you had.”

    Appreciation means to value all that we have and take nothing for granted.

    Practicing the art of appreciation helps shift our mental focus from lack to abundance, raising the value we hold for ourselves and our world, and offering the gift of present moment living.

    Expressing appreciation on a daily basis is good for your health and like muscles in your body the more you use it the stronger it gets.  The power of a compliment, or a smile or a thank you conveys recognition, acknowledgement and respect.

    I do hope you’ll join me online for our monthly meditation session as we begin to practice the art of appreciation.
