    Mindfulness is the ability to stay in the present moment and to focus your thoughts on what is happening in the here and now. The practice of mindfulness is so powerful that incorporating it into our daily lives can help reduce anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, improve sleep and lower our stress levels. Sometimes it can be challenging to find 10/15 minutes to sit and practice so instead we can build micro-practices throughout the day to focus our attention.

    Mindfulness is available to us in every moment through practicing putting space between ourselves and our reactions.

    Join me for this online meditation session as we explore what its like to live moment by moment.
