Our body is acutely aware of even the tiniest quivering of emotion that crosses our minds constantly so that often your body detects our thoughts almost before we are consciously aware of them.
There is a tendency to ignore our bodies, to tune out the messages that it sends to us. If there is one thing that we all have to learn in order to bring peace and “ease of being” into our lives is to come home to ourselves. Listening with wise attention to the messages our bodies sends to us can help us protect our health and remain balanced and centred in spite of the daily busyness.
So come and join me online as we begin to befriend our bodies once again.
