    Gratitude is good for you! – Online Session 

    There’s something to be said for the rare moments throughout the day that make you smile. Research shows that by practicing gratitude you can improve your mental health and increase your overall well-being, from better relationships to better sleep. Gratitude is the best medicine; it heals your mind, your body and your spirit.

    Most people don’t take the time to think about the small things they encounter in everyday life, the things that should fill their lives with joy and happiness on a daily basis. Having an attitude of gratitude doesn’t cost you anything but its benefits can have an impact on our health, our emotions, personality, social dynamics and career success.

    #Gratitude is a way to diffuse self-pity and self-centeredness, increase feelings of well-being, and prompt mindful awareness of the world we live in.
