    Mindful Awareness – Online Session 

    Mindfulness and awareness are the essential foundations of meditation. We can practice mindful awareness by taking a few minutes at different times during the day to pause and notice our thoughts, feelings and emotions without judgement, observing what is present at that moment.

    Setting an intention for our day helps to raise our awareness and allows more connection between our slower conscious mind and the reactive unconscious mind. Doing so can change our day, making it more likely that our words, actions and responses— especially during moments of adversity—will be more mindful and compassionate.

    Join me online as we explore the qualities of presence through mindful awareness.
