    Grounding in meditation refers to a technique that helps reconnect with the present moment and physical body, particularly when feeling overwhelmed or anxious. It involves focusing attention on sensory details like breath, bodily sensations, or the immediate environment to anchor oneself in the present. Grounding aims to help you reconnect with your body, can be helpful for reducing overthinking and enhances focus and concentration.   This practice can be a valuable tool for managing intense emotions.  

    Join me for this hybrid meditation session and let’s practice being grounded and centred.
