    Choosing Forgiveness

    “You can never be free of bitterness as long as you continue to think unforgiving thoughts.  Forgiving yourself and others will release you from the prison of the past.” Louise Hay

    Forgiveness means to stop feeling angry or resentful towards someone or some event.  Forgiveness is about honouring your feelings in order to let them go, reclaiming your personal power, and learning to look for the opportunities in every situation.

    If you are holding on to the past, you cannot be in the present, therefore by releasing past hurts, anger, resentment, guilt, sadness, blame and sometimes revenge you can truly live in the “now”.  The act of forgiveness takes place in your own mind. It really has nothing to do with any other person. The reality of true forgiveness lies in setting yourself free from the pain.

    Join me for this hybrid session and let’s practice liberating ourselves for the ongoing suffering of un-forgiveness
