    An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

    This One Day Mindfulness retreat is dedicated to your well-being. Experience an inner stillness and some headspace that is available to you through practicing this meditation.  The specially designed programme offers an opportunity to spend the day for you, to relax, renew, and reset.

    This day offers the opportunity to learn how to self-regulate the body’s response to stress and anxiety and build personal resilience.  You will be gently guided through a series of mindfulness practices, simple but powerful techniques and exercises which you can integrate easily into your everyday life.

    If you’re interested in learning new ways of dealing with stress and overload, or taking time out to reset then you might benefit from attending this day.
