Breathing is something that we begin doing moments after birth and continue to do right up to the moment of our death. In between these times mostly our breathing is on auto pilot.
In mindfulness meditation we bring our attention to our breathing, and how it sometimes indicates our discomfort during our practice. By becoming conscious of our breath, the patterns of our breath and breathing with awareness, we can tap into its powerful and wonderful benefits. Consciously breathing is simple, potent, and it’s completely free.
