    Engage your senses – get out of your head – Online Session 

    Mindfulness is the ability to live in the moment, accepting your current circumstances without judgment. The key to embodying daily mindfulness practice is to become a diligent observer.

    Using the five senses (sound, smell, sight, taste, and touch) to ground yourself in the present moment can enhance your experiences with the world around you. Appreciating the five senses can help you slow down and take you out of your head and into the now.

    Join me for the online meditation session as we practice reconnecting to all of our senses in order to stop racing thoughts, and become more grounded.
