    How often do we properly prepare to sleep? 

    Mostly we just go to bed directly having watched the TV, being on our mobile, laptop, iPad or our email.  The challenge is that our mind is still wakeful and distracted. Preparing to rest is as important as preparing for your day and this meditation allows you time for your mind and body to catch up with each other in order that you may sleep deeply.
