    Mindful Walking Session – IN-PERSON Session 

    Walking is hugely beneficial for our health and a popular activity that can easily fit into our daily routine. Research has found that mindful walking is good for our physical and mental wellbeing. Mindful walking can be performed anywhere, as long as you remain present, it does not matter where you are physically; it is where you are mentally that is important.

    During mindful walking, the journey is less about the destination and more about bringing awareness to this everyday activity. Walking slowly and deliberately while maintaining attention on your body’s movements, awareness of your surroundings and enjoying the sights, sounds, and smells is part of this meditation practice. No tools or equipment are needed only somewhere to walk.

    Join me for a Mindful Walking meditation session and let’s practice tuning into experiences and sensations that we often miss when we move through our day on autopilot.
