I believe that the body is a magnificent piece of kit, possessing its own infinite wisdom, knowing when and how to heal as is necessary. 

We all have this “healing system” within, which is adept at fighting off disease, preventing infection and bringing us greater energy, vitality, and well-being.

The word “healing” comes from the old-English term haelen, meaning “wholeness”, and our own “healing system” is the powerful and unifying force which allows all the other body systems (circulatory, digestive, nervous) to function with a deep wisdom and phenomenal sense of balance and wholeness. 

Living an authentic, balanced, and healthy life through self-discovery and self-care can lead to “wholeness”, healing, and wellness.  However, maintaining that wholeness can be challenging in everyday life.

A Reiki session clears, heals, and revitalises the energy flow throughout your body.  It is a form of energy balancing and does not cure, it assists in returning the participant to a state of mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being (wholeness).
