I believe we all possess an inner knowing—a tacit knowledge. It’s that sense of knowing something without being able to explain how or why we know it. Often, it’s not a thought but a feeling—a subtle, embodied sense that can be fleeting or steady, strong or very faint. Sometimes it’s so quiet and ethereal that we miss it—or doubt it altogether.
This inner knowing often shows up as a sensation we can’t quite explain—a gut feeling, a whisper from within. When we tune into the wisdom of our bodies, we can begin to cultivate this felt sense, quieting the “stories” we tell ourselves. In doing so, we access a deeper layer of awareness—hidden insights that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Over the years, I’ve learned to trust and work with this powerful inner compass. It’s become an integral part of both my work and my everyday life.
