Let someone know……that you love them, appreciate them and think they’re brilliant, that they’re doing a great job, that they make you smile in spite of yourself!  Unfortunately we don’t do this as often as we should because we presume that they know but this isn’t always so.

I recently received a gorgeous email from a client on my mailing list that I hadn’t heard from in quite some time.  They were letting me know that despite the fact that they hadn’t been in touch recently they continued to find my emails both useful and timely. I was delighted and pleased with this feedback and it made me realise that letting someone know was more powerful than I had thought.

So who do you need to let know that they are……

  • Loving
  • Kind
  • Helpful
  • Appreciated
  • Compassionate
  • Supportive
  • Thoughtful
  • Resourceful
  • Reliable

The knock-on effect of that email has been since then I’ve become more aware of not presuming that people know that they’re loved, appreciated, kind and perhaps much more.
